What You’ll Do As an
LPN in Assisted Living , you’ll play a key role in ensuring quality nursing care and supporting residents’ wellbeing. You’ll oversee and coordinate daily care tasks, supervise team members, and maintain thorough documentation.
Responsibilities
Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care
Supervising and supporting CNAs and QMAs on your shift
Coordinating care duties and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Maintaining accurate and complete resident documentation
Promoting a positive, resident-centered environment
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current
LPN or RN license
with the
Indiana State Board of Nursing
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Knowledge of SNF regulations and nursing standards
A genuine passion for caring for older adults
