Job Skills / Requirements HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Full‑time Security Shift Supervisor in the Pascagoula, MS area. All shifts and days available. Pay rate: $25/hr, paid weekly.
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role and customer service.
3+ years of security, law enforcement, and/or military experience is preferred.
3+ years of customer service experience.
Secret Clearance is required.
Must be able to conduct foot patrols, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
Responsible for the direction, coordination, and supervision of site Security Officers.
Train subordinates on procedural guidelines, company policies, and operational & site‑specific forms. Enforce consistency in policy and procedure implementation.
Foster a superior level of customer relations/service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Manage account and officer inspections to assure compliance and meet/exceed commitments.
Responsibilities
Operate a contract site according to Sunstates objectives while on duty.
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP; act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Education & Certification Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
Secret clearance.
