Job Skills & Requirements HIRING IMMEDIATELY. Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full‑Time Security Shift Supervisor in the Pascagoula, MS area. All shifts and days are available. This position offers a pay rate of $25/hr, paid weekly.
We are seeking candidates with Government Secret Clearance.
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role and customer service role.
3+ years of security, law enforcement, and/or military experience is preferred.
3+ years of customer service experience.
Secret Clearance is required.
Must be able to conduct foot patrols, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
Responsible for the direction, coordination, and supervision of site Security Officers.
Train subordinates on procedural guidelines, company policies, and operational & site‑specific forms. Enforce consistency in policy and procedure implementation with the site.
Foster a superior level of customer relations/service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Manage account and officer inspections to assure compliance and meet/exceed our commitment.
Responsibilities
Manage the functioning of a contract site, including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety, system metrics and analysis, in accordance with Sunstates objectives while on duty.
Perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Education & Certifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Secret Clearance.
