Responsibilities
Assist with the coordination and support of assigned service accounts
Maintain accurate records, reports, and account documentation
Support account managers with administrative and operational tasks
Track account updates, service requests, and internal communications
Ensure timely follow‑up on account‑related activities
Communicate professionally with internal teams to support service delivery
Help maintain organized workflows and standardized processes
