Description The Assistant Manager will aid the General Manager in overseeing club operations to ensure an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience. The role includes leading a team of employees, providing training and development, scheduling, hiring, inventory management, and driving retail sales.
Responsibilities
Organize shift schedule for team members.
Assist in coordination and hiring of team members.
Train new or current team members on club tasks.
Manage conflict and delegate responsibilities while enforcing policies.
Supervise team performance and provide feedback.
Manage inventory systems for club operations.
Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
Coach and counsel team members through the disciplinary process up to termination.

Requirements
1-2 years of Management or Supervisory experience.
Must be 18 years of age.
High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
Willingness to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided).
Strong customer service, problem resolution, and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Subject to background check per federal, state, and local laws.
Salary $18.00 Per Hour
