Main Responsibilities
Schedule and assign caregivers/nurses based on patient needs, staff availability, and agency requirements.
Communicate schedule confirmations and changes promptly to staff and patients.
Monitor productivity, cancellations and shift coverage to ensure efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, families and field staff.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
