Job Description The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities including dish washing, pot washing, general equipment cleaning, and the storage and rotation of food and supplies. They also perform janitorial duties in dining service areas such as the Dining Room and Bistro, ensuring all food storage and cleaning activities comply with sanitary procedures and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and work in confined spaces
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and time‑management skills with good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
