Job Summary
The
Junior Talent Manager
is a full-time position under the Talent and Artist Management team of Gushcloud Philippines. This role focuses on scouting, managing, and developing exclusive talents in line with Gushcloud’s growth objectives.
The
Junior Talent Manager
works directly with creators, building career strategies, identifying publicity and growth opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of brand campaigns. The role also involves tracking talent performance metrics and aligning career development plans with platform trends, content direction, and partnership visibility.
Core Functions Talent Scouting and Acquisition
Identify and recruit potential exclusive talents with strong growth potential and revenue-driving capability.
Maintain a proactive scouting pipeline aligned with the company’s verticals and strategic direction.
Lead onboarding, profiling, and performance evaluations of newly scouted creators.
Talent Relationship and Development
Serve as the main point-of-contact for assigned talents, ensuring regular check-ins and communication.
Collaborate with talents to define channel and content strategies that improve visibility, engagement, and platform monetization.
Identify publicity opportunities, collaborations, or strategic content moments to support talent growth.
Campaign Briefing and Execution
Coordinate with talents to brief and execute campaigns secured by Talent Agents.
Align timelines, monitor content development, and ensure on-time posting of deliverables.
Manage revisions, feedback, and post-campaign insights in collaboration with the Accounts and Brokerage teams.
On-ground support for exclusive talents for events and official engagements.
Talent Performance Tracking
Maintain updated performance dashboards that track channel growth and revenue contributions.
Use the company’s data platform and industry benchmarks to inform content strategy and growth plans.
Support internal evaluations and performance reviews for roster decisions and renewals.
Internal Collaboration and Admin Support
Work closely with the Brokerage and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and payments.
Coordinate with legal and finance for contracts, compliance, and documentation needs.
Update all internal folders, trackers, and management tools for assigned talents.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Management, or any related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in talent management, influencer marketing, entertainment, or digital content strategy.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and creator monetization models (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
Excellent project coordination and communication skills — both written and verbal in English and Tagalog.
Proficient in productivity and tracking tools (e.g., Google Workspace)
Willingness to work flexible hours and attend shoots, events, or activations as required.
Amenable to a hybrid setup, with onsite reporting twice a week at our office in Greenhills, San Juan City.
