Baltimore Country Club is hiring
Pool Café Attendants
to join our Food & Beverage team. You'll work poolside, serve food and drinks, and help create a welcoming, upbeat experience for members and guests all summer long.
Responsibilities
Take food and drink orders from members and guests.
Serve food and beverages in a friendly, professional manner.
Keep the cafe and dining areas clean and organized.
Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines at all times.
Work as part of a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Help create fun, memorable poolside experiences.
Requirements
Minimum age: 16 years old.
Available from Memorial Day through Labor Day (required).
Must have reliable transportation.
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer‑service skills.
Comfortable working outdoors in summer weather.
Able to stay organized and work under pressure.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
