Build and maintain client relationships within assigned verticals. Source, qualify, and present candidates for direct hire roles. Negotiate offers and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team success. Achieve and exceed placement and revenue goals. Job Requirements
3-4 years of agency recruiting experience (full desk preferred). Strong business development and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
