Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of litigation related to
secured lending , including
civil and title litigation
and
bankruptcy matters .
Draft
discovery, pleadings, and dispositive motions
with precision and clarity.
Maintain timely and professional communication with
clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel .
Conduct
depositions and court appearances
with thorough preparation and confidence.
Review
title documents ,
foreclosure files , and respond to
lender inquiries
promptly.
Provide
strategic case analysis and budgeting
within 24 hours of file intake.
Collaborate with support staff and provide
legal guidance
in a respectful, team‑driven environment.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD)
from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
Minimum of
2 years of experience
in
mortgage‑related litigation
or
civil litigation .
Strong
legal research and writing skills
(proficiency in
Westlaw
or
LexisNexis
required).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in both
remote and in‑office settings .
Professional demeanor and dedication to delivering a
positive client experience .
