Responsibilities

Complete training on our financial education and life insurance process

Meet with families via Zoom to explain protection and planning solutions

Follow up with warm leads generated through social media, digital marketing, and referrals

Participate in weekly virtual training sessions and mentorship calls

Develop transferable skills including leadership, communication, financial literacy, and client support

State licensing fully sponsored after training completion

100% remote with a work-from-anywhere schedule

Qualifications

18+ with a valid SSN or ITIN

Able to pass a background check

Self‑motivated, responsible, and goal‑oriented

High ethical standards with a people‑first approach

Competitive or athletic background is a plus

Eager to learn, improve, and grow professionally

Performance‑based 1099 compensation Commission payouts twice weekly Trained associates typically close 2–5 policies per week
