is seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist to join our Children in Community Care program, providing trauma-informed care to youth in our residential group home setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and teens who need it most. What You’ll Do
Provide
clinical recommendations
to the treatment team, collaborating with Facility Coordinators to monitor residential group home staff Serve as the
primary therapist
for assigned youth in care Provide
individual, group, and family therapy
weekly, using evidence-based methods Complete
treatment plans, assessments, and documentation
within required timelines Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team
to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed Participate in team meetings, crisis response rotation, and
ongoingstipend staff support Ensure
compliance
with clinical and programmatic standards What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in social work or related field Active CSW license
in Kentucky (or eligible) Experience working with youth and families preferred Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills Flexibility, dependability, and a heart for trauma-informed care What We Offer
