Job Description Lennar seeks a Software Engineer II to join our Technology team in Bentonville. This role focuses on building full‑stack Node.js applications and AI agents on AWS. You should be comfortable working with TypeScript or Python and enjoy solving real‑world business problems using LLMs.
Responsibilities
Develop full‑stack applications and autonomous agents using TypeScript (Node.js) and Python.
Build and deploy AI agent workflows and serverless pipelines on AWS.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services that interface with LLMs.
Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver reliable, testable AI‑driven features to production.
Write and optimize SQL queries to manage data within Snowflake.
Stay curious and engaged—continuous learning is valued as we advance Generative AI capabilities.
Requirements
3+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with hands‑on experience in TypeScript/Node.js for full‑stack development.
Experience with Python for backend processing or data scripting.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with Snowflake.
Experience with AWS services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc.).
Built or contributed to projects involving LLMs, agents, or RAG workflows.
Enjoy solving problems, experimenting with new ideas, and shipping code to real users.
Based in Northwest Arkansas.
Experience using Palantir Foundry for data engineering or application building.
SQL experience on multiple platforms.
