What You’ll Do
Provide compassionate, resident‑centered care with attention to detail
Assess resident conditions and develop comprehensive care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision
Monitor and document resident progress meticulously
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Identify and address potential health issues proactively
Educate resident and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Mentor and support team members
What We’re Looking For
Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
Strong clinical skills and up‑to‑date knowledge of healthcare practices
Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Proficiency in electronic health record systems
Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy
