What You Will Do
Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions
Apply and demonstrate professional practice elements: Assess, Outcomes Identification/Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
Act independently and appropriately within your license, scope of knowledge, and experience in the practice area
Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes
Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices and outcomes
Show agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities
Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment
Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience (Emergency Department, Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Behavioral Health, etc.)
Required credentials for the specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, BLS, ACLS, PALS – must be obtained through the American Heart Association)
Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility
