Responsibilities

Coordinating the care for residents through leadership and clinical follow‑up

Ensuring all resident assessments are completed in accordance with state and federal guidelines

Identifying and initiating process and quality improvements for the facility

Supervising assigned nursing and CNA staff

Qualifications

Long‑term care experience mandatory

Experience leading a team and producing results a must
