Qualifications
Licensure as an LCSW (or LMFT/MHC)
Graduate degree with a GPA of B+ or higher
At least two years of post‑graduate clinical experience in individual, family, and group therapy
Responsibilities
Delivering compassionate psychotherapy
Completing documentation
Participating in clinical case reviews
Maintaining compliance with regulations
Referring clients to community resources
Supporting administrative tasks and addressing patient concerns
Upholding professional standards
