$500 sign‑on bonus after 6 months

Hiring Schedule
4–5 days per week
Monday‑Friday 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Saturday rotation 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Holiday rotation
Average 20–25 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare red cells and plasma according to SOP.
Enter each product into the lab computer system.
Perform all quality control and preventive maintenance as required.
Prepare recovered plasma for shipment.
Prepare filtered red cells.
Operate and perform QC on sterile connection device.
Perform computer‑assisted labeling of blood products.
Provide excellent customer service and cultivate positive relationships with staff, volunteers, and external customers.
Exhibit safety, accuracy, respectfulness, and efficiencies within specific job tasks.
Assist with special projects as assigned.
Physical Requirements
Regular standing, reaching, and bending to obtain supplies.
Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Manual dexterity and color and visual acuity.
Must be able to work in a walk‑in freezer periodically each shift.
Position Specifications
High‑school education.
Effective verbal communication skills.
