Customer Service Associate – Wawa, Inc.

What’ll do
Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas while keeping the coffee station clean and organized.
Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age‑restricted products.
Ensure stores are well‑stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.

Qualifications
Great communication and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
Must be 16 or older with reliable transportation.
Enjoys working in a team environment.
The hourly range for this position is $16.50–$20.25 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 am and 6 am.
