Responsibilities
Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and implement compliance policies and uniquess procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulations.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory requirements.
Liaise with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries.
Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards(Parser act) and best practices.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure regulatory alignment.
Support investigations related to regulatory compliance issues.
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
Registered Pharmacist (RPh), with unexpired PRC ID.
Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in the related field.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Strong sense of responsibility. Must work with minimal supervision and direction, resourceful, and can work under pressure.
Above average computer skills.
Good communication. Ability to multi-task, organized, attention to details and accuracy.
Candidate must be willing to work at Greenhills, San Juan City.
