Description Unilux Brand We are seeking a motivated and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. As a Front Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing the front desk area, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Maintain an organized and tidy front office area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
