Base Pay Range $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Professional to support high-complexity testing operations.
Responsibilities
Perform specimen handling, processing, testing, and reporting in accordance with laboratory SOPs.
Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures and release accurate test results.
Maintain complete and accurate testing records, including proficiency testing documentation.
Adhere to CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and laboratory safety and quality standards.
Perform and document quality control activities, calibrations, maintenance, and corrective actions.
Identify and resolve testing issues or elevate concerns to senior technologists or supervisors.
Report STAT and critical results per departmental procedures.
Maintain reagent labeling, inventory accuracy, and department organization.
Participate in training, safety programs, inspections, and implementation of new procedures.
Support internal teams and respond to client inquiries as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
