Fort Worth, TX
Shift:
Day Shift (Hours: 6:45 a.m. – 7:15 p.m.)
Sign-on Bonus:
$10,000 (eligible RN’s with one or more years of experience)
Hourly Pay Range:
$32.00 – $48.77 (dependent on candidate’s years of experience)

Duties
Receive admissions and/or transfers
Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
Perform timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
Interpret assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry
Ensure accurate transcription and processing of medical orders
Instruct and counsel patients and families
Minimum Qualifications
Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS required at hire
Preferred Qualifications
BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
Clinical experience
