What You’ll Do
Provide skilled, evidence-based therapy services to residents
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
Participate in program development, quality initiatives, and best-practice standards
Accurately document care in compliance with regulations
What We’re Looking For
Current state license for your discipline
SNF experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $44.00 - $48.00/hr | Hours: 40/week
