Provide skilled, evidence‑based therapy to residents

Accurately document care in compliance with regulations
What We’re Looking For
Current state license required; SNF experience preferred, new grads welcome
Passion for patient‑centered care and teamwork
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Job Type: Full‑time | Pay: $44.00 - $48.00/hr | 40 hours/week
