Qualifications And Requirements
Current state LPN license; LPN must obtain RN licensure within 30 days of hire
Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire
At least one year of nursing experience; greater than two years preferred
What You Will Do
Provide and coordinate patient care, ensuring compliance with physician orders and nursing interventions
Identify and address patient needs through assessment, planning, and collaboration with other health‑care providers
Advocate for patients, representing their interests when they cannot express their own feelings or thoughts
Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost‑effective care
