Demonstrate friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills Take orders over the phone and in person Deal with customer concerns and process orders with accuracy Handle cash and make correct monetary change Upsell and drive sales opportunities Prepare Domino’s high‑quality pizzas and control portions Maintain hygiene and food safety standards Prepare food and perform general cleaning duties General Job Duties
Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler Prepare product and receive telephone orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility approximately daily Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person Essential Functions / Skills
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used) Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed Move trays on dollies (approximately 24–30 trays, up to 7.5 pounds to push) Pull trays as needed
