Warehouse Order Selector

The position requires strategic thinking and attention to detail while palletizing orders and ensuring they are placed in the correct assigned locations. $23.81/hr to start (paid weekly) $25.51/hr after 500 hours of service $27.21/hr after 1000 hours of service Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Receive, store, and select various grocery, perishable, general merchandise products or supplies from warehouse stock. Transport product throughout the warehouse via pallet jack or forklift. Work in a fast‑paced environment with varying temperatures. Assist other departments with work activities when required. Promote good working relationships by maintaining a courteous and friendly manner. Maintain order‑selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage. Attend work regularly and on time as scheduled. Ensure the correct labels are on the correct pallet. Job Requirements
Must be 18 years or older. Warehouse and/or pallet jack experience preferred. Previous order‑selection, warehouse experience such as shipping or receiving, or experience in a physically demanding position is preferred. Must be willing to consent to background check and drug screen. Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, frequent bending, stooping and lifting. Must have the ability to work in various temperatures from ‑20 to 80 degrees. Good judgment is required as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
