Open position for Customer Service Representative – 411 Lancaster Drive NE.
Responsibilities
Operate all store equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare menu items as required.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Train new team members as needed.
Deliver products to customers when assigned to a driver role.
Distribute flyers and door hangers.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and coworkers over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions & Skills
Perform quick and accurate basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) – calculator allowed.
Give correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands for rapid, precise movements.
Input orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigate delivery routes and drive safely.
Physical & Work Conditions
Stand, walk, and sit as required by job tasks.
Lift up to 50 pounds and carry multiple items (e.g., cans, pizza sauce).
Operate in temperature ranges from 36°F to 90°F+.
Handle exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
Perform tasks that involve reaching, bending, squatting, and climbing ladders.
Use of hand tools such as pizza cutters, peels, and rolling cutters.
Drive deliveries in adverse weather and navigate multi‑story buildings.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for driver role).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow written instructions accurately.
Comfortable with manual handling and maintaining a safe work environment.
Addressable to cross‑train in both front‑counter and delivery responsibilities.
