Warehouse associate responsibilities and qualifications are described below.
Picking
Locating and retrieving specific items from inventory shelves or bins based on customer orders.
Using scanners or other inventory management systems to identify and track items.
Ensuring the correct quantity and type of items are picked for each order.
Packing
Carefully packaging picked items to prevent damage during transit.
Using appropriate packing materials (e.g., boxes, tape, bubble wrap).
Ensuring packages are securely sealed and labeled with accurate shipping information.
Shipping
Preparing packages for shipment by attaching shipping labels and documents.
Loading packed boxes onto trucks or conveyor belts for transport.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
General
Follow company procedures and guidelines for picking, packing, and shipping.
Working efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.
Maintaining a safe working environment.
Schedule – Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm.
