as a full-time night House Supervisor Nursing Admin. This role focuses on overseeing patient care activities and operational duties for the assigned facility.

Position Summary Oversees patient care activities as well as operational activities for assigned facility. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.

Manage day‑to‑day operational activities of the facility.

Implement and maintain electronic medical record workflows.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for care delivery.

Maintain compliance with state regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (minimum).

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with proven leadership and management abilities.

Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.

BLS certification obtained through an approved training center.

Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention certification within one year of hire.

Preferred: ACLS certification.
