Job Title
Remote Patient Service Rep (AZ Only)
Location
Fully Remote; must be located within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday, 5am to 6:30pm. 8‑hour shift scheduled within this window.
Qualifications 1+ year of recent (2023‑2026) healthcare call center experience handling high volume inbound calls.
Experience scheduling patient appointments, insurance verification, and using medical terminology.
Experience with KO.
MA experience is a plus.
Responsibilities Answer, screen, and process a high volume of incoming calls professionally.
Direct patients to the practice by scheduling and canceling appointments for multiple providers.
Utilize and adhere to phone scripts, clinical decision trees, and scheduling criteria per department guidelines.
Communicate complex exam preparation instructions to patients and external ordering physicians' offices.
