Overview The position leads nursing staff to deliver high standards of consumer care in a healing environment.
Responsibilities
Advocate for consumer recovery and oversee the delivery of consumer care.
Plan, implement and evaluate consumer care through the supervision of nursing staff.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
Regularly review nursing services and evaluate multiple consumer care areas.
Qualifications
Three years RN experience or four years professional nursing experience providing consistent care for individuals with mental or physical injury, illness or developmental disability.
Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
Ability to perform essential job functions.
Work Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week. 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (2nd Shift) with a 30‑minute lunch. Rotating shift pattern, working every third weekend and rotating holiday duties.
