Security Dispatcher - Multiple Schedules
Location: Providence Office Park, 4400 NE Halsey St, Portland, OR
Schedule: Full-time and Part-Time, Day Schedules Available
Site: Providence Health Plaza (HR) Bldg 1-Portland; On-site.
Description The Dispatcher is part of the Providence Security Operations Center (PSOC), responsible for collecting, processing, documenting and disseminating information related to routine and emergency calls for service in the Oregon Region and other contracted facilities. The PSOC operates much like a public 911 center but additionally monitors high risk areas through the use of CCTV, alarms and access control systems.

Required Qualifications
Oregon State DPSST Alarm Monitor Certification upon hire or
Oregon State DPSST Unarmed Professional Certification upon hire
2 years experience handling complex matters that includes applying organizational policies and procedures
1 year experience working in an environment with urgent or emergency conditions
Experience with 2‑way radio systems
Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience in dispatching environment
Health care experience
