from May 2026 to September 2026 (the months are flexible) . The responsibilities of the new administrative collaborator will include but are not limited to: Ensure an ultimate customer experience. You are the point of contact for our B2B customers. Handle inquiries and resolve issues by email and phone. Management of the order portfolio, restocking and exchanges. Management of the delivery planning. You work closely together with your colleagues. Resolve delivery issues for export shipments and Bellerose store shipments. Integrate the "In & Out" files coming from our logistics partner to ensure stock synchronization between our systems. Profile Essential skills and qualifications include: Administrative or commercial studies background. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Fluent in English. Knowledge of French and Dutch is an asset. Strong administrative skills, precise, and good personal organization. Autonomous, proactive, eager to learn by asking good questions and deeply understanding the processes.
