Job Description $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus (Eligible Candidates) $10,000 Relocation Bonus (Eligible Candidates)
Shift: Nights
Responsibilities
Participates in peer interviewing and review processes.
Considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on practice in the delivery of nursing services.
Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and unit‑specific data for process improvement initiatives.
Conducts initial patient assessments within expected time frames, initiates consults as indicated, and identifies patient/family teaching and discharge planning needs.
Maintains safe practices by demonstrating unit‑specific clinical competency and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications Associate’s of Nursing (Required). Bachelor’s of Nursing. Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement. Basic Life Support – CPR Certificate (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement. Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certificate (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement. Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body. Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body.
Pay Range $31.53 - $50.40
