Title: Customer Service Rep
We are looking for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. This role is part or full time, with flexible schedules to accommodate students, friends, or other commitments.
About the Job
Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
Prepare product, receive, and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility daily
Training
Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over phone and in person
Essential Functions / Skills
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly
Make correct monetary change
Speak, write, and use phone to take and process orders
Coordinate motor movements to rapidly and accurately perform tasks
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks
Store temperatures range from 36 °F to 90 °F and above
Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Physical Requirements
Standing for most tasks
Walking short distances for short durations
Sitting for paperwork at a desk or table
Lifting up to 50 lbs, often in bulk deliveries
Carrying large cans (≈3 lb) and heavy sauce (≈30 lb)
Pushing or pulling trays on dollies (up to 7.5 lb per push)
Climbing stairs or ladders infrequently
Stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting as required
Reaching above 72 in and below 18 in as needed
Fine‑motor hand tasks such as shaping dough, using pizza peel, rolling cutter, and assembling boxes
Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
Basic math skills
Ability to work well with others, under stress, and meet quality standards
Physical stamina and coordination for the stated requirements
