Holman Recon Center has an outstanding opportunity for a Parts Counterperson to join their team and the Holman Family! The Parts Counterperson is responsible for assisting service technicians and service advisors in purchasing automotive parts and accessories. This role involves identifying correct parts, processing orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of automotive systems and components. Key Responsibilities
Greet technicians professionally and assist with parts inquiries. Identify and locate correct parts using catalogs, databases, or inventory systems. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. Maintain organized and stocked parts inventory. Coordinate with service department to ensure timely parts availability. Provide pricing and availability information. Invoice transactions. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in automotive parts or retail preferred. Knowledge of automotive systems and parts. Proficiency with inventory software and point‑of‑sale systems. Strong communication skills. Ability to lift and move parts and supplies. Benefits
