About the Opportunity Join Security National Bank as a front‑line ambassador for the bank’s customers. You will deliver stellar customer service, process transactions accurately and quickly, and promote bank products and services, building lasting relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Provide the highest level of service to every customer.
Maintain a cash drawer, including taking in and giving out cash and balancing.
Accurately and efficiently process transactions.
Receive loan, safe‑deposit box, and credit card payments.
Process cash services and redeem U.S. Savings Bonds.
Identify customer needs through qualifying questions and refer appropriate services, products, and digital options.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Cash handling experience.
Customer service experience.
Excellent attention to detail; meticulousness required.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Independent, analytical thinker with self‑motivation and a team‑oriented mindset.
Advanced problem‑solving skills and ability to take direction and follow through until project completion.
Service‑oriented, polite, and respectful; ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt to changing direction and to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
Required Skills Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills, understanding of banking, ability to identify missing items, advanced organizational skills, work under deadlines, independent thinking, and teamwork.
Hours Extended business hours until 5:30 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
