Responsibilities
Conduct on-site testing: collecting soil samples and testing ground conditions for client reports.
Perform sample handling, storage and disposal.
Carry out specialist ground drilling (dynamic sampling & probe testing), break out hard standing, hand‑dug shallow excavations, and in‑situ testing.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of all testing performed.
Qualifications
GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent numeracy and literacy.
Clean UK driving licence and over 21 years of age.
Hard working, willing to work outdoors and get hands dirty.
Experience preferred but not essential; in‑house training provided, with potential to progress to NVQ Level 2 Technician.
