Role Overview A Customer & Business Solutions Representative III works in all aspects of customer service, including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse – stocking and retrieving items, making deliveries, operating a forklift, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs.
A Sample Of What You’ll Do In This Role
Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment
Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
Prepare reports with minimal supervisionAct as informal team lead
Ensure administrative tasks are completed
What You Bring To The Role
4+ years of experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)
Ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely
High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits
Base compensation ranges from $24.09 to $32.11 per hour (may vary depending on skills and experience)
