Lead Operator -Civil Construction

Alliance Construction is a growing excavation company with lots of opportunities. We are looking for a Lead operator with experience and vision to grow with us. At Alliance, we perform a wide range of earthwork, from mass excavation and footings to demolitions and underground utility installation. As a Lead Operator, you will:

Manage the job site

Read blueprints

Strip work sites, dig footings, backfill, grade, excavate, and topsoil.

Focus on production and safety.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies throughout each day.

Preferred Experience

2+ years of experience in

operating equipment

Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record

CDL is helpful but not required.

Practical written and verbal communication skills
