Alliance Construction is hiring an experienced Field Service Mechanic to support our earthwork and demolition operations. This role is intended for a mechanic who can handle complex repairs, work independently in the field, and take ownership of keeping equipment running with minimal downtime. Assistance with on-road equipment is included as needed. What the Job Looks Like

Field maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steers, and support equipment Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and drivetrain issues with minimal oversight Perform inspections, servicing, and breakdown repairs directly on jobsites Assist with repairs on on-road equipment such as side dumps, end dumps, and related equipment as needed Perform welding and fabrication repairs on equipment, attachments, and components as required Service and repair demolition attachments (hammers, shears, grapples, buckets) when required Complete repairs in the field safely and efficiently to minimize downtime Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term corrective solutions Manage work independently from start to finish Position is Monday through Friday; overtime as workload requires What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience working on heavy equipment Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Proficient welding and fabrication skills Comfortable being the primary mechanic in the field Own personal mechanic tools Validividade driver's license required CDL preferred Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position Safety-minded Бизы культура, dependable, and detail-oriented What We Offer
