Main Responsibilities
Pouring curb, sidewalk, and finishing concrete.
Work as a member of a team to complete restoration work of concrete and asphalt to return job site to its pre‑work condition.
Ensure all work is completed safely and to customer expectations.
Guide the crew towards goal achievement.
Plan, organize and delegate daily work activities among crew members.
Handle minor customer complaints and inquiries; Escalate issues to the superintendent or general foreman if necessary.
Complete project paperwork as required by the customer.
Ensure that overall quality of work performed by the crew meets or exceeds standards and expectations.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hard surface (concrete and/or asphalt) experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current driver’s license with good driving record.
Current Class A CDL.
