NDT Inspector - Elevate Quality in a High-Performance Manufacturing Environment
Are you a detail-driven professional with a strong technical aptitude looking for a hands‑on inspection role in a leading industrial manufacturing setting? We're seeking a dedicated NDT Inspector to join our team and deliver excellence in nondestructive testing (NDT), product quality, and process improvement within a dynamic operations environment.
Hours & Pay Schedule:
Rotating 12‑hour shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
Pay Range:
Level 1 NDT: $21.71 - $32.57 per hour
Level 2 NDT: $24.98 - $37.46 per hour

Daily Responsibilities
Commit to health, safety, and environmental policies; proactively report potential risks and unsafe conditions.
Ensure product quality complies with defined standards and actively report any deviations.
Perform nondestructive testing activities—including instrument checks, magnetism setup, fluid concentration verification, UV/white‑light inspections, part marking, and re‑inspection processes.
Ensure instruments are marked with the correct expiration dates and are functioning properly.
Update tracking systems and records with accurate test results, ensuring product traceability.
Identify and mark rejected parts for cutting or re‑work, and execute pipe repairs and re‑inspections as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to processes and participating in improvement activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, understanding how each task contributes to the overall process.
Requirements - Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in NDT inspections or a related quality assurance environment.
Ability to stand for 12‑hour rotating shifts and perform physical tasks including lifting, reaching, crouching, and walking in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in performing visual inspections, magnetic field verification, fluid concentration checks, UV/white‑light testing, and defect identification.
Strong record‑keeping and data‑entry skills, ensuring accurate and traceable inspection documentation.
Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving capability, and ability to work safely in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Prior experience in a plant or pipe‑manufacturing environment is desirable; NDT certification or training is a plus.
