About the Job
This position is for highly motivated individuals who can multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Our goal is to get every pizza to our customers as quickly and safely as possible by operating efficiently in the store. We are looking for customer service representatives with personality, people skills, and a desire to serve. Responsibilities
Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Complete any required paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Maintain store equipment. Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older. Training
Orientation and training provided on the job. Training will focus on:
Taking orders. Labeling boxes. Making pizzas.
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Essential Functions / Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately perform precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work Conditions
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 32 °F in the cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from oven and hot plates up to 500 °F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Sensing
Talking and listening on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments

Standing – most tasks performed from a standing position; height of work surfaces between 36 and 48 inches. Walking/Jogging/Running – for short distances or short durations. Sitting – paperwork completed in an office at a desk or table. Lifting – bulk product deliveries unloaded by hand truck, up to 50 pounds each; cases stacked up to 72 inches high. Carrying – large bags/boxes/crates up to 50 pounds carried from workstation to storage shelves; trays of pizza dough (≈12 pounds each) carried three at a time over short distances. Pushing – moving trays on dollies; a stack of trays on a dolly approx. 24–30 pounds requires up to 7.5 pounds of force. Climbing – occasionally navigate stairs or climb ladder for maintenance. Stooping/Bending – forward bending at the waist necessary at pizza assembly station; repeated continuously during the day. Crouching/Squatting – performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. Reaching – continuous reaching up, down, and forward; occasional reaching above 72 inches for oven controls and other tasks. Hand Tasks – eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of hands, forearms, and wrists; manipulating pizza peel and rolling cutter; pinching in cardboard box assembly; grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter, and peel; use of pencils, computers, telephones, calculators.
