Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business-related field
Preferably with experience handling Purchasing, Logistics, and Inventory in a manufacturing or construction industry
Knowledgeable to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Excellent in interpersonal communication and has negotiation skills
Knowledgeable in trucking/logistics service providers
Responsibilities
Locate suppliers and purchase supplies with quality at the lowest cost
Facilitate purchase orders to respective local suppliers
Assist the purchasing and delivery team in canvassing and purchasing raw materials
Monitoring and coordinating deliveries or shipments nationwide
Coordinate with suppliers in case of delay in delivery or receipt of subpar goods.
Coordinate delivery of materials to DBSI clients
Maintain a good filing system (Updated and easy retrieval of purchasing records)
Maintain proper inventory and monitoring of office supplies
