Shift & Pay Shift: 4 to 5 day flexible schedule, Sunday‑Friday (Fridays mandatory). Hours: 5:00 pm until finish. Pay: $26.25 per hour plus incentive pay; after 3 months the base rate increases to $29.54. Eligible new hires receive a $5,000 retention bonus.

Main Ingredients of the Job
Safely and accurately select customer orders; build and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
Perform pre‑shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
Move products from racks to pallets using order‑selecting software and equipment.
Validate correct product selection and ensure items are damage‑free.
Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink‑wrap palletized orders.
Assist teammates in clearing aisle debris, moving empty pallets from slots, and returning pallet jacks to charging stations.
Physical Requirements
Work comfortably in a temperature range from -5 °F to over 100 °F.
Lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repetitively; move 1,000+ cases of product during each shift.
What You Bring to the Table
Ability to read and communicate in English for training, conversations, safety coaching, label reading, and data entry.
Work 8‑hour or longer night shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday; occasional weekends and holidays may be required.
Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in a high‑endurance or highly physical role, such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, or construction.
Experience selecting large‑scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment is preferred.
