What You’ll Lead and Oversee:
Maintain a strong, hands‑on floor presence to ensure production goals, accuracy standards, and policy compliance are consistently met
Lead, train, and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, including performance reviews and corrective action when necessary
Analyze daily workload in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to plan labor and workflow efficiently
Prepare, review, and validate monthly production and operational reports
Direct receiving, inventory control, picking, and shipping operations to meet distribution objectives
Guide shipping clerks to prioritize WMS tasks and meet shipping service levels
Ensure adherence to daily cut‑off times, fulfillment targets, and turnaround rates
Deliver ongoing training on product knowledge, quality, and performance improvement
Communicate effectively with leadership, staff, and customers to resolve issues quickly
Identify and elevate operational challenges or constraints in a timely manner
Conduct end‑of‑shift reviews of WMS documentation and shipping dock activity to ensure first‑shift readiness
What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years of distribution or warehouse experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or distribution center
Proven experience managing medium to large teams
Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Forklift experience required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for most of the shift, with some opportunity to sit
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
